April 1987 was the opening of the Frankfort office at 408 Main Street, and the Beulah office was opened in January 1989. In January 1990 Suzy Voltz became broker until August 2010. The company is currently locally owned by Brad Platt, Jason Kudary and Julia Lilley, and is supported by more than 50 licensed realtors.

"We have an ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction, an agent support system that is unmatched by anyone else, and we integrate the latest technology...all of which leads to tremendous productivity," said owner/broker Brad Platt.
