Community Involvement:

We  enjoy being part of this wonderful community where Julie is a well known artist  and member of the Crystal Lake Art Center and also, along with her mom have a blog, (www.thosebowangirls.wordpress.com), where paintings, photos and dialogue describe not only things about what they are doing, but also bring this whole area to life. Burt serves as President of the local Benzie County Eagles Club and also indulges in photography of the area. Burt also serves on the Board of Directors of the Frankfort-Elberta Chamber of Commerce as both of us participate in the many wonderful activities the Chamber brings to this area.

About Burt & Julie Williams:

Since moving to this area around 15 years ago, we have embraced this area as home. We have made many friends here being former owners of the Fixit Ace Hardware for many years and other area involvment.  We have over 20 years experience in real estate involving buying, renovating, renting and selling homes along the way.  So, after closing the hardware store, it wasn't hard to pick the new career path to take.  Why not do something you know and love.  Our philosophy is simple. We want to make sure all details are attended to in any transaction as well as make it as smooth as possible for our clients because we also want our clients to become friends.
